1. Service Description

DineBridge provides digital menu translation services for restaurants. We translate restaurant menus into Korean, Chinese, and Japanese, and deliver a mobile-optimised digital menu accessible via QR code.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before work begins. Upon receipt of payment, we will begin translation and delivery within the agreed timeframe (3 business days). Payment is processed securely through Gumroad.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver completed menus within 3 business days of receiving full payment and the required menu content. Delivery is made via email to the address provided at checkout.

4. Revisions

Minor corrections (spelling, pricing updates) are included at no additional charge within 7 days of delivery. Major changes to menu content are considered a new order.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete menu content. DineBridge is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the customer receives full rights to use the delivered digital menu. DineBridge retains the right to use the work as a portfolio sample unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

DineBridge's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
