1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before we have started work on your menu, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of payment at gspaglobal@gmail.com.

2. After Delivery

Once the translated menu has been delivered, refunds are not available. However, we offer free minor corrections within 7 days of delivery if there are errors on our part.

3. If We Cannot Deliver

In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete and deliver your order within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.

4. Quality Issues

If you believe the translation quality does not meet a reasonable standard, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with specific details. We will review your concerns and offer a revision or partial refund at our discretion.

Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
